XII can comfortably seat up to 100 guests in two dining areas, each with its own full bar. Guests are surrounded by 17 plasma TVs and a paramount JBL sound system. Twelve features all major sporting events on its state of the art audio visual equipment.

Overlooking the front bar is the DJ station. The lighting system can be controlled to radiate a warm and subtle glow, or pulse an electrifying feel to complement the videos and music the DJ spins nightly.
